Mom finally caught me sleeping in bed this morning.....We all slept in and believe or not mom caught still in bed with the boy. Mom was sneaky today.

Well it was very foggy this morning ,but has the day got better the sun came out and we went outside. Mom,Dad and RT were out side working on the new fence for Taffy and I. They were just going to fix the fence but they decided to make the yard bigger. I was out side on the chain with the guys and taffy was on the back porch. She could supervise from above and she was keeping the fence line straight my job was to keep them working......mom Said I was a slave driver....I barked the orders and they move faster....lol actually when they got out of my sight I barked. Rt girlfriend Kat came over and she took me out front to play ball and with the squeaky toy....
She would throw it ...ask me to go get it.....but I would stand there and pant.....she would go get it for me....Do I have her trained or what......silly people tricks...lol....FM I am writing a book. It was warm so I had several drinks of water with ice in it....I like ice cubes to eat. They are good!
Oh ! I tried to Taffy to let me in the front door ....She was trying but she is soooo short she just could not do it , But i gave her credit for trying.....
Oh well It was a great day! Taffy and I had another good day nose to nose at the back porch gate lots of sniffing and tail wagging. Mom said we are doing good not much barking any more . Taffy was not scared of me today. Well Tank ... Those are normal turkeys.... There are 3 big Toms strutting there stuff at any given day with a bunch of hens.......Taffy watches them from the porch or the window.....I just bark at them. They do make a lot of noise..mom calls it gobbling....She also said they are good for eating ....I cant wait to try one....Well all that fresh air today has made this big dog ...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
I can tell you're being a GOOD boy, Magee, and appreciating all that your new family is doing for you (especially the whole bed thing - just wait until next winter when you have someone to snuggle with to keep warm!) and for your soon-to-be-BFF, Taffy. Keep up the good work - your new fence will be done soon, and I can see the two of you hanging out in the nice weather, with your icy drinks, under a tree. What a life!

ReplyDeleteMagee your family is sure lucky your there to keep them working hard!! and i think your Taffy is a real sweetheart. How nice your boy has sucha great girlfriend too... sometimes girlfriends can be a bit of a problem with us especially if we drool so your double lucky... hang in there guy and ps i LOVE to eat ice cubes too
